Bulletin Board Border

Teachers returned to school on Wednesday and there hasn't been much time for sewing.  I did manage to whip up a quick border for my bulletin boards though, and thought I'd share a few quick pictures.
Two strips of fabric, 3.5 and 2.5 inches.
Sewn right sides together on both sides.  (this is the tricky part)
Turned right side out and ironed flat
Folded to length and stapled to bulletin board.

We have a bulletin board at home that I may have to try this on. It would sure brighten it up some.

This is a great idea. I always use fabric for the background of the bulletin board, I have never thought to use it for a border as well, and so much easier to store, etc...
